Ark Pediatrics is currently accepting applications for a
Pediatrician. We are seeking a mission oriented individual who
wishes to educate and serve the community with their expertise in the
medical field. Noah's Ark pediatrics currently operates two
offices in the Phoenix Metropolitan area.
As a primary health
care provider the pediatrician will assesses the physical needs of the
patient and implement a plan of care through diagnostic preventative
and therapeutic services responsive to the diverse needs of families
and the community in accordance with all state, federal and licensing
standards and guidelines.
Tasks
·
Provides pediatric medical care and treatment to patients in a medical
facility, such as a clinic or hospital
· Performs physical examinations and preventative health measures within prescribed guidelines.
·
Orders, interprets, and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify and
asses patient's clinical problems and health care needs.
· Records physical findings and formulates plan and prognosis based on patient's condition.
· Discusses case with other professionals to prepare comprehensive patient care plan
·
Participates in patient education by teaching or facilitating
educational events from time to time.
· Participates in all patient recruiting events
· Supervises medical assistants lower level practitioners
Requirements
· Medical Doctor degree from an accredited institution
· Credentialing by major healthcare plans and state healthcare plans.
· Ability to associate with local hospital
· Current Medical Board Licensure
· Current PALS and ACLS certification
· possession of prescription and dispensing privileges.

· Master's degree in nursing with an emphasis as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
· Current State of Arizona RN License
· Current PALS and ACLS certification
· Current License to practices as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and state authority for advances
practices including possession of prescription and dispensing privileges.
